Maybe I should not obsess about language but there are two things that sometimes annoy me a bit 😉
- spectrum/spectra: It's one spectrum, but then it's two or more spectra.
- lithium: This is pronounced in the same way as you would pronounce lithography or paleolithic. Especially if you speak German, "Lithium" is definitely not pronounced like "Silizium"
